The Latin root of the word "Commerce" starts with the word for "together" or "with". In other words, without networking, there is no commerce, no business, no economy. Looking back, Tom realized his greatest successes came through networking, and his failures happened when he thought he knew it all and could do everything alone. As the old saying goes, "you are in business for yourself, but not BY YOURSELF."

Always remember the motto of one of the greatest sales trainers of all time, Zig Ziglar: "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want."
